1. All Sales Are Final Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any personalized or made-to-order items.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We will review the case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a store credit.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already begun.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.

If a package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom or personalized items.

If a non-custom item is eligible for exchange, it must be in its original, unused condition and returned at the customer’s expense.
